Are you a carer?

Do you look after your mum, dad, child, partner, friend or neighbour who needs part time care?

Carers save the NHS millions of pounds a year by looking after loved ones who may not be able to be as independent as they would like to be. Your local GP practices recognise this and want you to tell us if you care for someone. Please inform reception and we will register you on our system as a carer.
